Studio—Don’s work for Sahna, an independent hot yoga studio in London, captures a distinctive blend of warmth, heritage, and purposeful design. Rooted in the founder’s Brazilian background, the identity champions intention, healing, and inclusivity qualities that are essential to the practice of hot yoga itself.

The studio’s strategy encompassed naming, visual identity, verbal tone, digital presence, and brand guidelines, resulting in a cohesive system that feels expressive yet refined. The name Sahna draws on Latin rhythms to evoke heat and comfort, pairing soft familiarity with a subtle edge that reflects the physical intensity of yoga.

Visually, the project balances warmth and precision, with typography that juxtaposes fluid, melty gestures against more technical, structured forms. Colour and art direction were inspired by Studio—Don’s travels across Latin America, infusing the brand with saturated, sun-drenched energy.

The resulting website and creative system feel intuitive and inclusive, reinforcing Sahna’s ethos: a welcoming space where individuals of all bodies and abilities can arrive as they are and be supported in their practice.
