Molly Baz, bestselling cookbook author and recipe developer, has a passion for food and teaching others how to cook. With a love for condiments, she created Ayoh, a mayo designed to make any sandwich delicious with a simple squeeze. Collaborating with CENTER, they developed a design system for Ayoh that pays tribute to classic sandwich shops, delis, and diners—places where American sandwich culture began. Drawing inspiration from vintage menu boards and ephemera, the design honors the rich legacy of these iconic establishments and the recipes that have been passed down through generations.
