Brodee is a brand strategy and identity project for a boutique London property developer. Its approach is to reenvision neighbourhood cornerstones, treating existing places and their human stories as the starting point rather than a clean slate. That thinking shaped the craft behind the identity.

The wordmark was custom-drawn and optically refined by hand, letterform by letterform, in the same spirit as the renovation and revival work it represents. The verbal identity borrows from the language of haute couture, curated pieces, collections, revivals to move property branding away from corporate shorthand.
