In a world overflowing with visual content, Visuelle.co.uk created in 2007 stands out for its clarity, curation, and quality. Whether you’re a seasoned designer or a student just getting started, it’s a valuable resource for anyone who appreciates the art of visual communication.
What truly sets Visuelle apart is its editorial philosophy: “if it’s great, it goes on.” This simple but deliberate approach ensures that only top-tier creative projects make it onto the site. Each post is hand-selected by Bennett, who draws from a wide range of leading studios and individual designers. The result is a highly polished collection that consistently inspires and informs.
The design of the site itself reflects the values of the work it presents. With a minimalist layout that emphasises large, high-quality visuals and minimal accompanying text, Visuelle lets the work speak for itself. There’s no clutter, no over-explaining just bold, impactful design displayed in a clean, quiet space. It’s a refreshing contrast to more content-heavy design blogs and a perfect fit for visual thinkers.
In addition to its editorial quality, Visuelle is regularly updated, ensuring a steady flow of fresh inspiration. Whether you’re looking for a spark of creativity for a new branding project or simply want to keep up with global design trends, the site offers something new almost every visit. Designers are also encouraged to submit their work, creating a sense of community and discovery that adds value beyond the blog’s curated content.
