The Circular Economy Institute (CEI) needed a fresh brand identity to communicate its mission of inspiring professionals worldwide to embrace circular economy principles through collaboration, training, and accreditation. The challenge for Form was striking a balance between professional credibility and creative energy to resonate with innovators and free thinkers, while remaining authoritative but not overly corporate.
Their solution features a visual identity based on a circular form derived from the letter “C,” symbolising circularity, community, and collaboration. This flexible design element adapts and connects across various applications. Instead of relying on typical eco-themed colors, the identity uses vibrant, contemporary shades to convey a forward-looking vision. Typography, specifically the modernist sans serif Satoshi, strengthens the brand’s connection to industry and progress.
The result is a scalable, consistent design system applied across CEI’s website, training materials, certificates, and global communications, successfully capturing the organization’s innovative spirit.
