Map Project Office has unveiled a new visual identity that reflects the studio’s evolving ethos and adaptable approach to industrial design. Conscious of the often overly serious perception of the discipline, the rebrand seeks to bring a more joyful, warm and intuitive feel to the way map protect office presents itself—balancing clarity with character.

Developed in close collaboration with graphic designer Hugh Miller, digital partner CLIFF Studio, and writer Linsey Rendell, the new identity is rooted in geometry, visual balance and purposeful reduction. Every element is designed to be intentional and intuitive, stripping away excess to let the work speak clearly and confidently.

The result is a holistic system underpinned by robust design guidelines and a redesigned website that brings together map’s portfolio, partnerships and editorial thinking. Reflecting the studio’s commitment to collaboration, curiosity and thoughtful innovation, the new identity sets a clear foundation for future growth while staying true to how map works today.
