Myles Lucas Studio creates a new identity for Rebel who are a small artisan producer making all things cured, fermented and smoked. Taking inspiration from tradition but not following it.
Rebel source the best produce they can find. Best means; high welfare, free range, local and happy animals. Their pigs are a little over eleven miles away from their Brighton HQ, reared in open fields on the south downs. Their salmon are sourced from the oldest independent, owner-operated, salmon farm in the north west of Scotland, hand reared with room to grow and without antibiotics or growth promoters.
