Visitor Pavilion

dn&co, the culture and place creative studio has created an immersive brand experience for the Visitor Pavilion at Brent Cross Town, the first building to open as part of Argent Related and Barnet Council’s landmark plans for this new North London neighbourhood.

The studio led the experiential design of the gallery space at the core of the Visitor Pavilion, translating the values of the Brent Cross Town brand – also developed by dn&co – into a compelling narrative and a persuasive environment that engages the public with the aspirations of the new neighbourhood and its values of community, wellness, sustainability and culture.

Designed by Moxon Architects with low impact materials, the Visitor Pavilion embodies Brent Cross Town’s pledge to be a net zero carbon town by 2030 at the latest.

Built from a palette of sustainable materials — valchromat in muted colours overlaid with a dense acoustic cork — and inset with ribbons of bright LED screens and speakers, the gallery is a multifaceted, sensory experience that encourages visitors of all ages to explore, play and use the space.
