Mews is a hospitality management platform designed to transform the way hotels and spaces operate. As the category expanded, so too did the noise, with platforms blending through similar claims, features and messaging. Mews required a brand that could clearly articulate its impact while reflecting the scale, ambition and distinctiveness of its product. Koto accepted the challenge.
Koto’s strategy centred on positioning Mews as the most impactful hospitality platform available, one that not only supports operations but actively drives growth and enhances guest experiences. This thinking was captured in the brand idea “Impact you can’t ignore”, a confident expression of a platform delivering results that are visible, measurable and tangible.
Koto developed a flexible, scalable system designed to deliver impact at every level. At its core sits a set of connected visual principles: fluid forms, responsive typography and bold use of colour, working together to create movement and cohesion. Graphic devices derived from the logo extend across the system, allowing the brand to flex seamlessly while remaining instantly recognisable.
